Shipping and payment conditions



DPR Labeling LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Credit Cards. Customers will be asked to confirm shipping and billing information before shipment. Prior notice, payment can also be made by wire transfer or check.


Shipping Ground Service & Handling costs are prepaid and added to all shipments within the United States. All shipments are made EX WORKS Sunrise, Florida unless otherwise specified in writing by DPR Labeling LLC. Shipping costs are calculated based upon the size and weight of the shipment and the delivery address provided by the customer. The customer may request that a shipment be made collect by contacting us via telephone and providing approved shipper information and a valid collect shipping account number.

2 days (10 days for GEMINI) lead time when the item(s) is available in stock.

Shipping costs cannot be added to international shipments. Please contact us for shipping options for shipments outside of the United States.

Double check your shipping and billing information for accuracy. Errors in customer-supplied information will result in additional charges.

D.P.R. Labeling LLC is pleased to organize the shipment and pick-up with your forwarder. D.P.R. Labeling LLC will not be responsible for any type of damage or delay with your shipment.

Products may be returned in new condition within 10-days of receipt, and may be subject to a Restocking Fee. Please consult with a DPR Labeling LLC Sales member to answer any configuration or application questions before ordering. The 75% refund on equipment value purchased will be issued once the product will be returned to DPR Labeling at buyer's charge and analyzed by DPR technical team.



All DPR Labeling LLC products are warranted to the original end-user customer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Purchase documentation should be retained for Warranty Coverage verification.

In the event your product requires service, please contact DPR Labeling LLC for assistance at (+1) 954 533 3409. In the event a Product needs to be returned for service, DPR Labeling LLC will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please contact DPR Labeling LLC for questions or assistance regarding Warranty Coverage and repairs.

If DPR Labeling LLC determines that a product has failed under Warranty, the product will be repaired, replaced or spare parts will be provided at no charge to the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for all costs and risks incurred in returning the product to DPR Labeling LLC for service.

D.P.R. Labeling LLC products are covered by 2 years warranty. If the unit should experience abnormalities during the warranty period, the device can be shipped back at buyer's charge to D.P.R. Labeling LLC in order to be repaired. It will be fixed and shipped back without any fee applied. Otherwise D.P.R. Labeling LLC can provide the spare parts required to fix the issue free of charge to the buyer.
After the second year warranty has expired, D.P.R. Labeling LLC will provide the same service with a fee applied.
D.P.R. Labeling LLC does not consider the unit covered under the warranty due to incorrect use of the equipment or if it is damaged by the forwarders.

D.P.R. Labeling LLC makes no other warranty of any kind expressed or implied, or of suitability or fitness for a particular purpose. No other person, agent or reseller is authorized to give or modify any warranties on behalf of D.P.R. Labeling LLC. Any obligation to warranty other than that specifically addressed above is hereby disclaimed.
